U2 Live in Rome

Produced by Live Nation Global Touring, after the enormous success that U2 had last year, they are returning to Europe with their 360° tour. They will stop in Rome on October 8 at the Olimpico stadium.
The tour follows release of their latest acclaimed album, "No Line On The Horizon", the twelfth recording by the band and is already 1st in the charts in England, Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium and Japan.
As per tradition, U2 will welcome various support bands on the stage, among these are Glasvegas, Elbow, Kaiser Chiefs, Snow Patrol and the Black Eyed Peas (other artists will be announced).

How to get to the Stadio Olimpico

By car: from the highway (A1), Exit onto the Grande Raccordo Anulare and follow directions for Flaminia, take exit No. 5 (Flaminia), then follow directions for the stadium (Foro Italico); from the highway (A24) Exit onto the Grande Raccordo Anulare and follow directions for the Rome - Florence (A1) highway, take exit No. 5 (Flaminia) and follow directions for the stadium (Foro Italico); from the highway (A2) Exit onto the Grande Raccordo Anulare follow directions for the Rome - Florence (A1) highway, take exit No. 5 (Flaminia) and follow the directions for the stadium (Foro Italico).

By train and subway: from the Termini Station, take Subway A in the Ottaviano direction and get off at the end of the line; then take bus No. 32 and get off at the Piazzale della Farnesina stop. Or from Subway A get off at the Flaminio stop; from here take the No. 225 streetcar and get off at the end of the line of Piazza Mancini. From the Tiburtina Station take the B Subway in the Laurentina direction until the Termini stop; from here change lines and get onto the A subway in the direction of Ottaviano and follow the directions above.
